Oct 11, 05:00 pm: New tools from Ma.gnolia

I’m all over ma.gnolia’s community service (because that’s what we are kids. I’m not giving them any money. I’m their community not their customer). Anyway.

The Ma.gnolia Mini Ma.rker is a nice-looking, speedy bookmarklet that helps get your links quickly into Ma.gnolia’s social eco-system. It’s great in-between for their other two link-saving bookmarklets.

I saw this a few days ago. It was in response to my comments about ma.gnolia on the blog and in an email exchange. It’s nice to feel a part of the service that I’m using.

Maybe that’s really Customer Support 2.0.

    Glad you like the new bookmarklet, Marnie. We noticed today that the FeedBurner splice seems to be working again, and if you can check it from your end as well I hope you’ll get the same results. Thanks!
