Dec 22, 06:09 am: More playing with posting tools

More playing around with blogging tools.  This time with the new performancing extension for Firefox.  From their site:

Performancing for Firefox is a full featured blog editor that sits right within Firefox. Just hit F8 or click the little pencil icon at the bottom right to bring up the blog editor and easily post to your Wordpress, MovableType or Blogger blogs.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to have technorati tags integrated.  That’s too bad.  There’s something about flock that I just like better but I can’t quite work out what it is.  Maybe it’s that I’m a convert: I see how it can be a tool for managing an entire workflow and I like being able to have the key pieces as part of the core rather than extensions that I need to manage separately.

update: definitely left some funky stuff in my post that I need to clear out. But that’s probably user error and habits and not actually the extension. Have to play with it some more to figure that out. I definitely like that it allows me to get at the source.
